I’m so happy to use a local company to do our work. The men TCA sent out a have worked so hard and have done a fantastic job. They have worked in the heat, rain, and dealt with a hard root filled ground to put in our downspout drains. They have worked under our house in the tight, dark, dirty crawlspace to clean and spray protective coating on floor joist and under decking. They also cleaned and leveled and put a new ground barrier down. I am very satisfied with their work ethic, work attitude, and work relationship with fellow workers.

They indicated that the sump pump system that was installed recently by Helitech was put in too deep. They said they would recommend to raise it and rock it. They said that "it should work" but I just want to be sure.

I first reached out to Lee the owner of Crawlspace Ace. Very nice, well put together and professional guy. He came out for the initial inspection. Lee was very professional, and courteous. He then sent me his bid to my email address. In a very professional invoice that I am not used to seeing in this area. Once the deposit was paid he created a customer website where I could track the progress of the work from start to finish. The first day the crew came to work they showed up and they started working right away. They demoed a lot of scrap wood, insulation, and ductwork. They were so clean and organized not a piece of scrap was left behind. Doug, Carlos and Marcos were awesome they were always laughing and having a good time while they worked. They worked and finished about a week earlier than slotted. They were able to make our floor from sagging so bad to now I think I could probably set my truck on that floor no problem! The crews attention to detail and knowledge were excellent… They rebuilt everything more sturdy than the original!! All for half the price quoted by other contractors!! Thank you Crawlspace Ace you guys are awesome!

All employees did an amazing job. Seem to be very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Job went faster than expected. One thing I would have had to make the job a little smoother was more communication about arrival times and when exactly work would be performed. A lot of arranged missed time from work for 1 hour of day 1, and 4.5 hours of day 2, when scheduling was making it appear there were to be 4 days of service. The amount of time to complete the job was amazing just wish for more clarification ahead of time to adjust working schedules more properly.
